NHS MenB vaccination: who is eligible?
The NHS service listed for Ise Pharmacy covers:
- New higher education students born on or after 21 July 2001.
- Young people born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008.
NHS vaccination is free for eligible patients. The pharmacy will confirm that you meet the programme criteria and that vaccination is appropriate for you.
Your NHS vaccination course
For this NHS programme, the course is two doses, at least four weeks apart. The NHS listing advises getting the first dose as early as possible, or by 31 December 2026, and the second by 31 March 2027.
Private MenB vaccination
We also offer private MenB vaccination. Contact us to discuss this option if you do not meet the NHS criteria or would like a private appointment.
Private vaccination is chargeable. Our pharmacist will confirm suitability, age restrictions, the appropriate vaccination schedule, availability and the price before booking.
