You can choose where your GP sends your electronic prescriptions. Select Ise Pharmacy, 75 St John’s Road, Kettering, NN15 5AZ in the NHS App or speak to our team about setting up your nomination.

Order your repeat medicines

  1. Request your repeat items from your GP using the NHS App or your surgery’s usual process.
  2. Your GP reviews and authorises the request.
  3. We receive your prescription and prepare your medicines. Contact us to check they are ready before collecting.

Allow the time recommended by your GP surgery and the pharmacy. If you are running low, tell us promptly.

Starting a new medicine?

Our NHS New Medicine Service offers additional support with some newly prescribed medicines. We can check whether you are eligible and arrange a conversation about using your medicine and any questions you have.

Unwanted medicines and inhalers

Bring unwanted medicines and inhalers to the pharmacy for safe disposal. Please ask us separately about sharps or needles.
